Face Moles and what they say about you…

The Chinese Almanac, also known as the Tung Shu, is commonly known as a book of auspicious and inauspicious dates, but there is so much more to the Tung Shu than that. It is a vast mine of information relating to astrology, codes and symbols, derived by the wise sages and philosophers of ancient China . In this issue, we bring to you the secrets from the almanac regarding moles on your face and what they mean depending on which part of your face they appear.

First, check your face for any moles, and then look at the diagram above to identify the number(s) that are a closest match to the moles on your face. Usually, the moles only hold meaning for you if they are prominent and they are the only one. If your face if full of spots, acne or "little" moles, they do not count. When you've ascertained which position corresponds to the mole on your face, look up the meanings listed by numbers below.

Position 1 to 3
As a child, you are somewhat rebellious and a free spirit. You have an innate creativity and work best when you are given a free hand. Generally, your superiors like your avante garde approach to life. If you have a mole here, you are far better off in business and being your own boss rather than working for somebody. What is promising is that you have the luck to be your own boss.

Position 4
You are an impulsive person, often acting with a flamboyance that gives you charisma and a sparkling personality, but you can be difficult when there are too many opinions. You tend to be rather argumentative, but never to the point of holding grudges. This mole tends to give you an explosive temper and should you decide to remove it, you will find yourself becoming calmer and more at peace with the world.

Position 5
A mole above the eyebrow indicates that there is wealth luck in your life, but you will need to earn it and work harder than most people. All the income you make must be carefully kept as there are people who are jealous of you who might attempt to sweet talk you into parting with your wealth. Be wary of those who try to interest you in get-rich-quick schemes. If you have a mole here, it is advisable not to be too trusting of others. Follow your instincts and be cautious. And never allow other people to control your finances.

Position 6
A mole here indicates intelligence, creativity and skill as an artist. Your artistic talent can bring you wealth, fame and success. It also indicates wealth luck, but this can only be fully realized if you follow your heart rather than stick to conventional means of making a living. Success will come if you are brave.

Position 7
Moles under the eyebrows indicate arguments within the extended family that cause you grief and unhappiness. This will affect your work and livelihood. It is advisable to settle any differences you have with your relatives if you want peace of mind to move ahead.

Position 8
This is not a very good position for a mole. Your financial position will constantly be under strain because of a tendency to overspend. You also have a penchant for gambling. The only thing is you must know when to stop. Meanwhile, someone with a mole here has a tendency to flirt with members of the opposite sex as well as with the same sex. Better be a little discerning where you exert your charms, or you might get into trouble.

Position 9
This mole position suggests sexual and other problems. It is an unfortunate mole and you are well advised to get rid of it. It brings a litany of woes and a parade of problems.

Position 10
A mole here just under the nose indicates excellent descendants luck. You are surrounded by family at all times and will have many children and grandchildren. You have the support of those close to you and will be both materially and emotionally fulfilled.

Position 11
Moles here suggest a tendency to succumb to illness. It is a good idea to have this mole removed especially if it is a large, dark-coloured mole. Otherwise use lots of foundation to cover it.

Position 12
A mole here foretells a successful but also a very balanced life. You are likely to be not just rich, but famous as well. But although you have every opportunity to live the high life, you will have a satisfying home and family life as well. Women with moles here are particularly lucky and tend to be beautiful and glamorous as well.

Position 13
Your children will be a big worry in your life. Your relationship with them is not good. There is nothing much you can do about this except to learn some tolerance.

Position 14
A mole here suggests a vulnerability to food which can be a big problem in your life. You may have allergies against certain foods or you may simply be eating too much.

Position 15
You are a person always on the move and constantly renovating and redesigning your house. You like to be introduced to new things and see new places. You are not happy if you remain in one place for long. You enjoy travel and adventure, and have a very observant eye.

Position 16
You need to be careful when it comes to eating, and also when it comes to your sex life. These are your two biggest problems. You tend to have weight issues which can make you depressed. You enjoy romance, sometimes with more than one person, but because you are a person with some morality, you will feel guilty about it and this will cause you much stress.

Position 17
You will be someone of great social prominence. You are active on the social scene and an excellent conversationalist. There is a tendency to become bigheaded about your success, which could lose you your good name. This will affect you deeply because you draw your confidence and self worth from what others think of you.

Position 18
You are a person always on the move. There is a great deal of overseas travel in your life, but you should take extra care each time you cross the great waters, as your mole prefers you to stay at home.

Position 19
You have money luck and many good friends, so this is a good mole to have. Your weakness is that you tend to succumb to the charms of the opposite sex. In your life, it is this that could get you into hot water, so do cool your ardour!

Position 20
A mole here can be very lucky or very unlucky. If you have a mole here, you are destined either for extreme fame or infamy. You have great flair for creativity and are also highly intelligent, but your talents can be used for both good and bad. You are not a person to be trifled with for you are no pushover and do not forgive and forget easily. This mole is a mark of someone who will go down in history either as a great or as a tyrant.

Position 21
This is a good mole, as it suggests plenty to eat and drink throughout your life. This mole also brings fame and recognition.

Position 22
Your life is always happy and things go smoothly for you. You could well become a sports superstar if you have the passion for it. Moles at the end of eyebrows also suggest a person of authority and power, so if you are the CEO of a company, you will do very well.

Position 23
You have a high IQ, and you are both brain smart and street smart. You have a highly-developed survival instinct and will lead a meaningful and long life. You will be active until a very old age and will have friends and family around you till the very end.

Position 24
You will achieve fame and fortune in your young age and you are advised to use this period to safeguard your old age, as people with moles here tend to have a harder life as they get older.

Position 25
You will enjoy good prosperity and recognition luck, but do be careful of excesses. Stay traditional in your attitudes and you will have a long and fruitful life.

Maharana Pratap - Mewar's greatest hero

Born: May 9, 1540 in Kumbhalgarh, Rajasthan
Father's Name: Maharana Udai Singh II
Mother's Name: Rani Jeevant Kanwar
Died: January 29, 1597 in Chavand

Chittorgarh (110km from Udaipur): The former capital of Mewar and its most important fortress is a historically most significant and interesting place. Chittorgarh is a symbol of the valour and the chivalry of the Rajputs. It was captured three times in its history and every time the men rather died in the battlefield than surrender to the enemy. They donned yellow robes and rode out in order to die by the sword. The women inside committed jauhar , collective suicide, by burning themselves on a pyre.
Today the fort lies in ruins, but still its long lost splendour and majesty can be perceived.

The women inside committed jauhar , collective suicide, by burning themselves on a pyre.
Today the fort lies in ruins, but still its long lost splendour and majesty can be perceived.
Maharana Pratap was born on May 9th 1540 in Kumbhalgarh, Rajasthan. His father was Maharana Udai Singh II and his mother was Rani Jeevant Kanwar. Maharana Udai Singh II ruled the kingdom of Mewar, with his capital at Chittor. Maharana Pratap was the eldest of twenty-five sons and hence given the title of Crown Prince. He was destined to be the 54th ruler of Mewar, in the line of the Sisodiya Rajputs.

In 1567, when Crown Prince Pratap Singh was only 27, Chittor was surrounded by the Mughal forces of Emperor Akbar. Maharana Udai Singh II decided to leave Chittor and move his family to Gogunda, rather than capitulate to the Mughals. The young Pratap Singh wanted to stay back and fight the Mughals but the elders intervened and convinced him to leave Chittor, oblivious of the fact that this move from Chittor was going to create history for all times to come.

In Gogunda, Maharana Udai Singh II and his nobles set up a temporary government of the kindom of Mewar. In 1572, the Maharana passed away, leaving the way for Crown Prince Pratap Singh to become the Maharana. However, in his later years, the late Maharana Udai Singh II had fallen under the influence of his favorite queen, Rani Bhatiyani, and had willed that her son Jagmal should ascend to the throne. As the late Maharana's body was being taken to the cremation grounds, Pratap Singh, the Crown Prince decided to accompany the dead body of the Maharana. This was a departure from tradition as the Crown Prince did not accompany the body of the departed Maharana but instead prepared to ascend the throne, such that the line of succession remained unbroken. Pratap Singh, in deference to his father's wishes, decided to let his half-brother Jagmal become the next king. However, knowing this to be disastrous for Mewar, the late Maharana's nobles, especially the Chundawat Rajputs, forced Jagmal to leave the throne to Pratap Singh. Unlike Bharat, Jagmal did not willingly give up the throne. He swore revenge and left for Ajmer, to join the armies of Akbar, where he was offered a jagir - the town of Jahazpur - in return for his help. Meanwhile, Crown Prince Pratap Singh became Maha Rana Pratap Singh I, 54th ruler of Mewar in the line of the Sisodiya Rajputs.

The year was 1572. Pratap Singh had just become the Maharana of Mewar and he had not been back in Chittor since 1567. His old fort and his home beckoned to him. The pain of his father's death, and the fact that his father had not been able to see Chittor again, troubled the young Maharana deeply. But he was not the only one troubled at this time. Akbar had control of Chittor but not the kingdom of Mewar. So long as the people of Mewar swore by their Maharana, Akbar could not realize his ambition of being the Jahanpanah of Hindustan. He had sent several emissaries to Mewar to get Rana Pratap to agree to sign a treaty but the letter was only willing to sign a peace treaty whereby the sovereignty of Mewar would be intact. In the course of the year 1573, Akbar sent six diplomatic missions to Mewar to get Rana Pratap to agree to the former's suzerainty but Rana Pratap turned down each one of them. The last of these missions was headed by Raja Man Singh, the brother-in-law of Akbar himself. Maharana Pratap, angered that his fellow Rajput was aligned with someone who had forced the submission of all Rajputs, refused to sup with Raja Man Singh. The lines were completely drawn now - Akbar understood that Maharana Pratap would never submit and he would have to use his troops against Mewar.

With the failure of efforts to negotiate a peace treaty in 1573, Akbar blockaded Mewar from the rest of the world and alienated Mewar's traditional allies, some of whom were Maharana Pratap's own kith and kin. Akbar then tried to turn the people of the all-important Chittor district against their king so they would not help Pratap. He appointed Kunwar Sagar Singh, a younger brother of Pratap, to rule the conquered territory, However, Sagar, regretting his own treachery, soon returned from Chittor, and committed suicide with a dagger in the Mughal Court. Shakti Singh, Pratap's younger brother now with the Mughal army, is said to have fled the Mughal court temporarily and warned his brother of Akbar's actions.

In preparation for the inevitable war with the Mughals, Maharana Pratap altered his administration. He moved his capital to Kumbhalgarh, where he was born. He commanded his subjects to leave for the Aravali mountains and leave behind nothing for the approaching enemy - the war would be fought in a mountain terrain which the Mewar army was used to but not the Mughals. It is a testament to the young king's respect amongst his subjects that they obeyed him and left for the mountains. The Bhils of the Aravalis were completely behind him. The army of Mewar now raided Mughal trade caravans going from Delhi to Surat. A section of his army guarded the all important Haldighati Pass, the only way to get into Udaipur from the North. Maharana Pratap himself undertook several penances, not because his finances forced him to do so, but because he wished to remind himself, and all his subjects, why they were undertaking this pain - to win back their freedom, their right to exist as they wished. He foreswore that he would eat from leaf-plates, would sleep on the floor and would not shave. In his self-inflicted state of penury, the Maharana lived in mud-huts made from mud and bamboo.

In 1576, the famous battle of Haldighati was fought with 20,000 Rajputs against a Mughal army of 80,000 men commanded by Raja Man Singh. The battle was fierce though indecisive, to the Mughal army's astonishment. Maharana Pratap's army was not defeated but Maharana Pratap was surrounded by Mughal soldiers. It is said that at this point, his estranged brother, Shakti Singh, appeared and saved the Rana's life. Another casualty of this war was Maharana Pratap's famous, and loyal, horse Chetak, who gave up his life trying to save his Maharana.

After this war, Akbar tried several times to take over Mewar, failing each time. Maharana Pratap himself was keeping up his quest for taking Chittor back. However, the relentless attacks of the Mughal army had left his army weaker, and he barely had enough money to keep it going. It is said that at this time, one of his ministers, Bhama Shah, came and offered him all this wealth - a sum enabling Maharana Pratap to support an army of 25,000 for 12 years. It is said that before this generous gift from Bhama Shah, Maharana Pratap, anguished at the state of his subjects, was beginning to lose his spirit in fighting Akbar.

In one incident that caused him extreme pain, his children's meal - bread made from grass - was stolen by a dog. It is said that this cut into Maharana Pratap's heart deeply. He began to have doubts about his resolute refusal to submit to the Mughals. Perhaps in one of these moments of self doubt - something each and every human being goes through - Maharana Pratap wrote to Akbar demanding "a mitigation of his hardship". Overjoyed at this indication of his valiant foe's submission, Akbar commanded public rejoicing, and showed the letter to a literate Rajput at his Court, Prince Prithiraj. He was the younger brother of Rai Singh, the ruler of Bikaner, a State established some eighty years earlier by the Rathores of Marwar. He had been compelled to serve Akbar because of his kingdom's submission to the Mughals. An award-winning poet, Prithiraj was also a gallant warrior and a longtime admirer of the brave Maharana Pratap Singh. He was astonished and grieved by Maharana Pratap's decision, and told Akbar the note was the forgery of some foe to defame the Mewar king. "I know him well," he explained, "and he would never submit to your terms." He requested and obtained Akbar's permission to send a letter to Pratap, ostensibly to ascertain the fact of his submission, but really with a view to prevent it. He composed the couplets that have become famous in the annals of patriotism:

The hopes of the Hindu rest on the Hindu; yet the Rana forsakes them. But for Pratap, all would be placed on the same level by Akbar; for our chiefs have lost their valour and our females their honour. Akbar is the broker in the market of our race: he has purchased all but the son of Udai (Singh II of Mewar); he is beyond his price. What true Rajput would part with honour for nine days (nauroza); yet how many have bartered it away? Will Chittor come to this market ...? Though Patta (an affectionate name for Pratap Singh) has squandered away wealth (on warfare), yet he has preserved this treasure. Despair has driven man to this market, to witness their dishonour: from such infamy the descendant of Hamir (Hamir Singh) alone has been preserved. The world asks, from where does the concealed aid of Pratap emanate? None but the soul of manliness and his sword ... The broker in the market of men (Akbar) will one day be surpassed; he cannot live forever. Then will our race come to Pratap, for the seed of the Rajput to sow in our desolate lands. To him all look for its preservation, that its purity may again become resplendent.

The now-famous letter led to Pratap reversing his decision and not submitting to the Mughals, as was his initial but reluctant intention. After 1587, Akbar relinquished his obsessive pursuit of Maharana Pratap and took his battles into Punjab and India's Northwest Frontier. Thus for the last ten years of his life, Maharana Pratap ruled in relative peace and eventually freed most of Mewar, including Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh, but not Chittor. Bhagwat Singh Mewar: "Maharana Pratap Singh (was) called the light and life of the Hindu community. There were times when he and his family and children ate bread made of grass." Maharana Pratap became a patron of the Arts. During his reign Padmavat Charita and the poems of Dursa Ahada were written. Palaces at Ubheshwar, Kamal Nath and Chavand bear testimony to his love of architecture. These buildings, built in the dense hilly forest have walls adorned with military-style architecture. But Pratap's broken spirit overpowered him in the twilight of his years. His last moments were an appropriate commentary on his life, when he swore his successor, Crown Prince Amar Singh to eternal conflict against the foes of his country's independence. Maharana Pratap was never able to win back Chittor but he never gave up fighting to win it back.

In January 1597, Rana Pratap Singh I, Mewar's greatest hero, was seriously injured in a hunting accident. He left his body at Chavand, aged 56, on January 29, 1597. He died fighting for his nation, for his people, and most importantly for his honor.

My Origin:--- "Chittorgarh"

The medievel Rajput stronghold of Chittorgarh is the Masada of Rajasthan. Not once, but three times in its history -- in 1303, 1535 and 1568 -- the valiant defenders of the fort committed suicide rather than surrendering to invaders. In this ritual, known as jauhar, the men of the city put on saffron robes and rushed in to battle to fight to the death, while the women collectively immolated themselves on a funeral pyre. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chittor)
Chittorgarh (also Chittor, Chittaur, or Chittaurgarh) is an ancient village in Rajasthan state of western India. It lies on the Berach River, a tributary of the Banas, and is the administrative headquarters of Chittorgharh District and a former capital of the erstwhile kingdom of Mewar.

"GARH TOH BAS CHITTORGARH BAAKI SAB GARHIYA" is a very common old saying in the Princely state of Rajasthan. It literally translates to "There is only one fort, Chittorgarh, rest all are just fortresses.

Chittorgarh is the epitome of Rajput (Indian warrior caste) pride, romance and spirit for people of Chittor always chose death before surrendering against anyone. It reverberates with history of heroism and sacrifice, and that is evident from the tales sung by the Bards of Rajasthan till date. Though now it can be called a ruined citadel but there is much more to it in this huge fort. It is a symbol of all that was brave, true and noble in the glorious Rajput tradition.

Chittorgarh

Historically, it is considered that Chittor was built by the Maurya dynasty in the 7th century AD. It was then named Chitrakut after Chitrang Maurya (Mori), a Rajput chieftain as inscribed on ancient Mewari coins. The fort is surrounded by a circular wall which has seven huge gates before one can enter inside the main fort area. Some accounts say that the Mori dynasty was in possession of the fort when Bappa Rawal the founder of the kingdom of Mewar seized Chittor garh (Chittor fort) and made it his capital in 734 AD. While some other accounts say Bappa Rawal received it as a part of the dowry after marriage with the last Solanki princess, after that his descendants ruled Mewar which stretched from Gujarat to Ajmer, up to the 16th century. Chittor was one of the most contested seats of power in India with probably some of the most glorious battles being fought over its possession. It is famous in the annals of the Mewar Dynasty as its first capital (prior to this, the Guhilots, forerunners of the Mewar Dynasty, ruled from Idar, Bhomat, and Nagda), and renowned in India's long struggle for freedom. By tradition, it remained the Mewar capital for 834 years. With the some interruptions, the fort has always remained in possession of the Sisodias of the Guhilot (or Gehlot/Guhila) clan of Rajputs, who descended from Bappa Rawal.

Chittorgarh was captured in 1303 by Ala ud din Khilji, Sultan of Delhi who led a humongous army. Legend and history corroborate that this was because of his passionate desire to abduct Rani Padmini but she preferred death to dishonour, and committed Jauhar (an act of self immolations by plunging in a large fire) along with all the other ladies on the fort and all men left the fort in saffron robes to fight the enemy till death. Elderly people then had the responsibility to raise the kids. It was recaptured in 1326 by the young Hammir Singh, a scion of the same Gehlot clan. The dynasty (and clan) fathered by him came to be known by the name Sisodia after the village where he was born.

By the 16th century, Mewar had become the leading Rajput state. Rana Sanga of Mewar led a combined Rajput forces against the Mughal emperor Babur in 1527, but was defeated at the Battle of Khanua. Later in 1535 Bahadur Shah, the Sultan of Gujarat besieged the fort causing immense carnage. It is said that again just like in the case of Jauhar led by Padmini in 1303, all 32000 men alive then in the fort donned the saffron robes of martyrdom and rode out to face a certain death in the war, and their women folkes committed Jauhar led by Rani Karnawati. The ultimate sacrifice for freedom, Jauhar was again performed for the third time after the Mughal Emperor Akbar captured Chittorgarh in 1568. The capital was moved west to Udaipur, in the foothills of the Aravalli Range, where Rana Udai Singh II (the young heir apparent) had established a residence in 1559. Udaipur remained the capital of Mewar until it acceded unto the union of India in 1947, and Chittorgarh gradually lost its importance.

Chittorgarh is also famous for its association with two very widely known historical figures of India. First is, Meera Bai the most famous female Hindu spiritual poetess whose compositions are still popular throughout North India. Her poems fall in the bhakti tradition and she is considered to be most passionate worshipper of lord Krishna. Folklores say that her love for Krishna was epitomized leading to her final disappearance in the temple of Krishna in Dwarka. She is believed to have entered the sanctum of the temple in a state of singing ecstasy after which the sanctum doors are believed to have closed on their own and when later opened, the sari of Mirabai was seen enwrapped around the idol of lord Krishna, symbolizing the culmination of her union with her lord.

The second equally famous person is Maharana Pratap, son of Rana Udai Singh II is regarded as a personification of the values Rajputs cherish and die for. He took an oath to spend his life living in the jungles and fighting until he can realize his dream of reconquering Chittorgarh from Akbar (and thus reclaiming the glory of Mewar). It was the dream greatly cherished by Maharana Pratap, and he spent all his life to achieve this goal undergoing hardships and a life of at times eating breads made of grass while fighting his lifelong battle. Maharana Pratap is the greatest hero in the eyes of Raputs of Mewar. In the absolute dark era of Rajput history, Maharana Pratap alone stood firmly for his honour and dignity, never compromising his honour for safety. With the reputation of a brave man with great character even among his enemies, he died free in 1597.

Chittorgarh remains replete with historic associations and holds a very special place in the hearts of Rajputs, as it was a bastion of the clan at a time when every other stronghold had succumbed to invasion. It is often called as the "Bhakti aur Shakti ki nagari" (land of devotion and strength). The fort and the city of Chittorgarh also hosts the biggest Rajput get-together "Jauhar Mela". It takes place annually on the anniversary of one of the jauhars, not the one by Padmini which is most famous. This festival is to commemorate the bravery of Rajput ancestors and all three Jauhars which happened at Chittorgarh a huge number of rajputs which include the descendants of most of the princely families do a procession to celeberate the Jauhar.

The fort at Chittorgarh also contains the ancient and beautiful temple to Goddess Kali called the Kalika Mata Temple.

Chittaurgarh is located 24.88° N 74.63° E.[1] It has an average elevation of 394 metres (1292 feet).

As of 2001 India census,[2] Chittaurgarh had a population of 96,028. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Chittaurgarh has an average literacy rate of 70%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 78% and female literacy of 61%. 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.

The completed Golden Quadrilateral highway system will pass through Chittorgarh, connecting it to much of the rest of India.

The day has begun...!!!

A moment for which all of us were waiting, for someone a time to show up and for someone a time to finish the burden. I guess that's why attitude has always given a prefernce. Your reaction for a particular situation makes a hell lot of difference. As i remember there was guy who never studied, what he was going to study and he was petrified, terrified and disturbed by the situation and he reliased after experiencing things around that he is going to fall into some trap. Well i always tried to change his attitude rather than explaining him subjects.

Many times he asked me "do you keep negative attitude for any thing?". I said "I don't know i guess when it comes to something on which my life depends then probably i don't keep an attitude, which is not going to give me anything irrespective of keeping a "positive" or so called a "negative" attitude. Whatever is the condition, in case if i don't get things for which i am working and struggling hard then i always think that better is few steps ahead, i need to put some more efforts. I guess this could be the one of the reason for my failures as well as my successes.

So today was the first day of our "final term" examination. Huffff and look at the the subject OPAD, taught beautifully by both the faculties but beauty of an institute always resides in students mind and in turn you always get something to crib about otherwise what's the whole point of having a system where there is nothing to improve. But sometimes i do feel that even if a "Nobel" prize winner would have taught us then also we could have found some flaws. I guess this what human mind is made for, you always bother for things which is not around in spite of utilizing the existing system to its full extent.

As i entered the class, i could feel tons of words bombarding on my ears. I wondered what it is all about and here they go, it all about sitting at a place from where its easy for them to see each other answer sheet. I felt bad because a R&D center is not made for this but what can be done, this is the system which we designed, where people always fight to be ahead with others. But i am sure that the attitude to be competitive can't be like this, probably their maturity level might be arising the situation. I read a mail in the morning saying "instances of copying has been seen because of which results of the MFCS test 3 and test 4 have been kept on held". But what about students who were honest while giving tests. Yaap here one slang exactly fits into picture.

"Ghehu ke saath Ghun bhi Pista hai..!!"

As sir and madam entered into the class and did one announcement, which spoiled the planning of many students. Hahahaha i do feel petty for them but i guess that was most appreciable work done at that instant. And bingo..!!we were ask to split into two rooms.

Exam began and all of got OMR sheet and finally the question paper. Few questions were "OHT" for me but still managed to solve some. Hope result will come in my favor.

well fever is on for 3 more days..!!!!!

Paranoid by the situation..!!!

Well I always wondered why companies can’t last for long. After putting lot of thoughts I can’t draw a line, in reference to which I can make my decisions. People have got their own priority and “dear” priorities keep changing with time and that’s why I think companies also keep changing with time.

It doesn’t matter how magical was someone’s company, irrespective of having all the qualities which rocked your world, you always bothered for something which annoyed you and your world. At least one should keep track of it, because this is the only weapon which could satisfy your moral to escape from the moments which amazed your world but at the end of the day you might end up leaving few words somewhere in your diary, blog etc. etc for not having someone’s so called unforgettable company. Because priorities keep changing with time, Otherwise imagine situations where you don’t have anything against it and still you want to escape from it, I guess it will screw your mind and your thoughts and might end up feeling guilt within. So cleavers always count on things which are immaterial and to escape you claim for things as if it were so visible like a mount “Everest”. But I believe you can escape the physical existence of any situation but you always make your decisions based on your past and try to avoid the “so called” mistakes which you believe that you encountered last time and draw a line so that you don’t fall into the trap again.

“You can escape situations but you can’t escape memories”

It won’t be a justice to a relation which deserved all the beautiful words of “english dictionary” and ended up with words. You felt it with your beautiful heart so try to grab it with your heart. Relations shall not be dealt with words unless or until you are paranoid by the situation. You live a life to have life long memories rather than memories which fade out with time.

Priorities keep changing with time --> Time keep bringing priorities --> Time is continuous but priorities can be made discrete --> Relations are invincible shall not be made invisible --> if you loved it then have it :)

Memory fades out..!!!

I still remember the first time. Everything was so impulsive and sportive. And for a brief moment, guilt-ridden. Since then I've asked myself so many times why I did it? Maybe because it felt so right. And incredibly magical. For when I felt you against my skin and looked into your eyes I just let go. Of my reservations, inhibitions and my senses.

Looking back, I'm happy some of my life's best memories were with you. Carefree days, beautiful sights, unspoken nights. Braving chilly winds as I clutched at your sleeve. Walking unfathomable distances knowing you were with me. At times, shielding you with my little hands, for whatever it was worth. You were my obsession, a completely inexplicable one. Would I struggle so much to understand anyone else? I wonder.

It always annoyed me - the way you would show up my flaws. Yet, there wasn't a single time I didn't forgive you. Not a single time. Not even the days you gave up on me. Or the days I couldn't see you in the eye. You were precious to me. And you always made me smile. In return, I reserved some of my best smiles for you. To cherish, to hold and to freeze forever in memory. It was all you. For when people saw me with you, I glowed.

You changed my life. The times I felt at peace just feeling your presence on me. The way you caressed my nose. How there was nothing more beautiful than burying my face in your back and just holding you. The way I searched for the nooks in you body to fill with me. And the certain joy of looking at life through your eyes. Something no one will ever understand.

You should know it's impossible to forget you. And to think you were never a part of my life. I can never stop wishing I had spent more time with you. Or at least done justice to the times we were together. Deep in my heart, I'll also keep hoping for that miracle reunion.

I'll miss you. Really. I'll miss holding you and making memories with you. I'll always regret never having told you how much you meant to me. But I guess it's time to move on.

There's just one nagging fear in my heart. And I can't stop thinking about it. I hope the lenses that came free with you will fit on to my new Canon.

“An Angel for few hrs in my life…”

“An Angle for few hrs in my life…”

(……Met “God” in my “dream”….)

I was dreaming alone in the brightest dark of the lovely night,
No moon only sun around, I was trying to be lost in my life,
To feel “all” waves of my long lived life,
I was laughing in my mind, for touchable words of my untouchable life,
I was crying with my heart, for beautiful persons in my ugly life,
I was flying with my wings, to love someone in my unloved life,
I was walking on my legs, to delay the time which made me run in my life,

Finally met “God” once in my life,

Conversation with “God”:

I: “God” why did you send me to earth?
You had only 2 things to design my life, Wrote my
whole life with “1” alphabet” and “An” Integer involved,

Why things don’t stay for long in my life?

God: “Son”, this is called the circle of life,
where things can’t stay for long,
You did a mistake by solving the
“mathematics” behind your life,

I: why you sent me to the earth “god”,
even if you did, why you made me 2ndary in their lives,

You kept me aside from many relations,
in relations also you kept me 2nd without even thinking of me
once.

God: Till you are on earth you can’t have anything
less then 2 or more than 2, but let me feel
pity for your words, shall give you a gift
for few hrs, try catching all the relations for
which you were miles behind.

I: “God” please no more 2 in life, I am tired of
carrying the image of 2 in my life, please send the gift
thrice. Please God, once in a life time, throw me just 1 down.
Please “God”…PlzzzzzzzzSSssssssssseeeeee..,
Pleaseeee,Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God: Ok but this is the last time I am feeling pity
for your words, but make sure that don’t insult
my gifts.

I: As you wish my lovely “God”.

I wished immediately and said thank u, thank u 2ice and
came out from his world, before “He” changes his mind.
When I woke up it was a beautiful sunny day, Air ready
with million of kisses, trees ready to swing me in their arms,
water waiting to drag me in his world. Life was full of
love and affection without any expectation.

I wished…If I can???
I can have someone, who is unique in zillions,
I can live with someone throughout my life,
I can pamper someone whole my life,
I can care for someone till I die,
I can laugh with someone till someone laughs,
I can cry with someone, if someone cries,
I can run for someone when someone gets tired of running,
I hit myself if I get angry on “someone”,
I can hide someone’s toys, if I am angry of someone,
I can pull “someone” cheek if I feel like loving my someone,
I can make someone cry, if I feel to be naughty with someone,
I can fill someone with chocolates, ice-creams if someone is angry of me,
I can give someone a huge hug, if someone is upset of something,
I can whisper my secrets in someone’s ears,
I can guard someone if I find an idiot around,
I can cook for someone, if someone is tired of cooking,
I can read for someone, if someone doesn’t feel like reading anything,
I can count all stars for someone, if someone doesn’t feel like sleeping,
I can tell 1000s of stories to someone, if someone wants to be lost in dreams,
I can cry for someone when someone will be lost in someone else dream
Let me live with my “someone” till I fill zillions of pages alike,

Finally met “God” once in my life,

I wished… “For a “company” …..Like a “Shore”…”
Where only I can speak………..,
It doesn’t matter even if it’s hot winter or chilled summer,
I can cry till you are wet,
I can dive till you are floating,
I can dream till you are awake,
I can share my words till you are sleeping,
I can laugh till you hide the truth,
I can walk at the shore till you are walking with me,
I can run till you end,
I can see my life till you are kissing the sun,
I can live my life till you love the moon,
I can make you smile till you hear my words,
I can scream my words till your ears are open 4 me,
I can make you dance till you are rising with waves,
I can make you confuse till you are thinking of my words,
I can explain till you get tired of listening,
I can make you think till you love my words,
I can make you walk till I am not around,
I can make you run till I am on earth,
I can miss you loads even if I am not on this earth
With you, I can grow tall, fly high, dream without limits and speak louder,
My words do “Saalsaa” when you smile,
Thanks for being my shore, in “company” of yours I never felt alone,
This is why your “name” is world known,

“A one fine day”

Finally met “God” once in my life,

I wished…For ……..“A one fine day”….
If I can have “A one fine day” where,
I can be lost in love for thousands of beauties around,
I can fly up to the sky with hundreds of wings behind,
I can shy for millions catching my eyes,
I can glow with thousands of lights all around,
I can see only myself all around,
I can laugh like thousands even if no one around,
I can cry but can not be seen,
I can be upset but should fade out,
I can be angry but should wash out,
I can feel pity for millions of pains around,
I can swing with trees until I lie down,
I can live in white no dark around,
I can dance with millions of drops all around,
I can move with my head up to kiss the sky,
I can free my arms to feel the sky
I can be a sweetheart of each heart all around me,
I can fear of all dark s around me,
I can dream to love the sky,
I can reflect myself in millions of drops all around,
I can be in everyone’s mind like a fog all around,
“A One fine Day”
Only love, affection, dreams, thoughts and beauties around,

Are we living life like "Ants"???

Life gives you thousand of options and you end up
grabbing some and leaving some. Has it ever happened
that option has become compulsion?Well i guess it
happened with me once. You study to satisfy yourself
as well as your parents, get reputation in the society
and among your friends. In this artificial world humanity
has got no respect because every one tries to get
something which he/she has not got yet. It has given me
enough reasons to understand and believe in
"Maslow's Law of Self Actualization".

While crossing the road of electronic city i always wonder,
will i be able to cross it safely because no one has got
time to put a break on their vehicle, i guess they might
be in a hurry to reach their destiny irrespective of their
action may end someone's life.

I guess we have became like "Ants", if you will see them
moving in a bunch they won't mind whom they are stabbing
and how they are going. They only care for their destiny
and keep walking but i do appreciate that they always
move in a queue. We human being don't even bother to
maintain a queue because we care for ourselves and don't
want to miss the so called opportunity and always tries to
give a concrete example to prove the theory of "Maslow's".
Anyways i think this is world and that's why we came here,
i.e., to lead a life where you care only for blood
relation and rest all are "Ants". If they come on your way
you stab them and move forward by feeling petty about the
situation.

Hope one day this will end and we will care for the humanity as well
counting on things to make ourselves visible in this world.

Don't Look Back

As you travel through life, there are always those times
When decisions just have to be made;
When the choices are hard and solutions seem scarce,
And the rain seems to soak your parade.

There are some situations where all you can do
Is to simply let go and move on,
Gather courage together and choose a direction
That carries you toward a new dawn.

So pack up your troubles and take a step forward-
The process of change can be tough,
But think about all the excitement ahead,
If you can be stalwart enough.

There could be adventures you never imagined
Just waiting around the next bend -
And wishes and dreams just about to come true
In ways you can't yet comprehend.

Perhaps you'll find friendships that spring from new interests
As you challenge your status quo,
And you learn there are so many options in life
And so many ways you can grow.

Perhaps you'll go places you never expected
And see things you've never seen -
Or travel to fabulous far-away worlds
And wonderful spots in between.

Perhaps you'll find warmth and affection and caring -
A "somebody special" who's there
To help you stay centered and listen with interest
To stories and feelings you share.

Perhaps you'll find comfort in knowing your friends
Are supportive of all that you do -
And believe that whatever decisions you make,
They'll be the right choices for you.

So keep putting one foot in front of the other,
And taking your life day by day.
There's a brighter tomorrow that's just down the road,
Don't look back, you're not going that way.

4 Simple Ways To Relax The Body & Mind...!!!

4 Simple Ways To Relax The Body & Mind"

Life is tough. It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, we
all have to face many difficult and stressful situations. Being
at the effect of life can leave us feeling stressed, worried,
angry, confused and frustrated.

And the way we feel affects everything in our lives. When we
feel bad, everything seems much worse than it is. A bad mood is
like a filter that prevents us from seeing the positive things
in life. Every little thing seems like another irritation.

If that's something you can relate to -- take heart -- we all
know what it's like to feel stressed and frustrated. The
important thing is to have the tools to recover quickly and
naturally, find yourself again, and get back on track.

Here are four tips to help you relax the body and mind:

1. Take A Break

When things are starting to get out of hand and you can feel
yourself reaching threshold, STOP. Finish what you're doing.
Take a break before you start anything new.

If someone is driving you mad, make an excuse and leave the
room! Go and take a walk. Get some fresh air, find some calm
within and then prepare yourself to get stuck in again!

2. Listen To Relaxing Music

Music can have a powerful effect on your state. I'm sure there
have been times when you heard a piece of music and suddenly you
felt great. We all know songs that make you tap your foot or
remind you of being in love.

Create a collection of music to help you relax and feel good.
Make a tape of those songs that make you smile to help you
unwind. Play it as often as you can...when you're at home, when
you're working, when you're in your car. You'll be surprised
how good you'll begin to feel.

3. Avoid Stimulants

Tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and chocolate all contain caffeine.
Over the course of the day, this can add to your stress level
considerably.

Why not prepare yourself a healthy alternative? Bottled water,
freshly squeezed fruit juice and herbal teas are excellent for
maintaining your body's natural water balance and helping you
keep cool under pressure.

4. Use A Soothing Voice

Use a relaxed and soothing tone of voice, not just out loud, but
also when you talk to yourself. A soft, low, melodious tone
opens up the relaxation circuits in your mind and helps you stay
calm even in heated situations.

A friend of mine once told me "Life is a struggle. But once you
accept that, it becomes a lot easier."

We can learn to deal with life's challenges by setting aside
some time to go to work on ourselves, developing a state of
acceptance. When we can learn to calm our minds and separate
ourselves from our problems, we are on the road to significant
improvement.

When i am all alone!!!

Unwanted truth of my wanted life……

Started with sacrifice,
Leading to compromise,
Difficult to initialize,

Because this is all about my life.....

When I see around, I find myself all alone,
Hate to fly up in the sky, lost in the sweetness of dark,
Surrounded by circles all around, I love you more than my life,
I am sure you can’t leave me alone,
Good that you can't fly up in the sky, because this is only place where you can reside,
I know few hate you most, but don’t worry you are my sweetheart most,
This is the reason I love you loads,

Because this is all about my life.....

Life wakes me up in the night,
Makes me run in this holy night,
Day shall not be penalized,
That’s why I love to work in this holy night,
Though it gives me thousands of rights,
But shall not be miss utilized
This is what I call my lovely life, which makes me run in this holy night.

Because this is all about my life.....

I am here on this lovely earth,
Had to lie since my birth,
Wouldn’t have lied since my birth,
You must have got hurt on this earth.

Because this is all about my life.....

When I see up in the sky,
Feel like flying up to the sky,
When I hug my sweetie sky,
I find myself all alone very high,
I miss you “all” of my life,
You made me laugh up into the sky,
Shall love you "all" throughout my life,
Don’t think I am flying high,
These days I don’t fly high,
Becoz I hate to be high all alone up in the sky.

Because this is all about my life.....

When I sit all alone with the dark,
White rings are ready to get park,
To know the beauty of my dark,
One needs to fly up with my lovely dark,

Because this is all about my life.....

One day I will be leaving you "all" on this lovely earth,
Where I lied since my birth,
With no interest of flying anymore,
I want to be lost in this holy night,
To search the beauty of my lovely dark,
Will bless you “all”, who made be laugh,
Will miss you “all” with my honest heart.

Because this is all about my life.....

So this is all about my life….
Hope I must have made you laugh…..
These are few words of my life...
Let me know something from your side,
I will treat your words as my life,
Let me act honestly for all words of your life,
I will love your words as truth of my life,
Let me have all your words,
Help me out to fill with truths.
Because this is my life...which makes me run......

Let me love you "all",
Will bless you “all” from my soul,
If I made you annoyed……
Sorry friend but this is life…..

Because this is all about my life.....

“……..Dedicated to people who love to fly high up in the sky…..”

Straight from my heart....few Words for my friend

Before you read it would be great to know about my friend "spandan"... a "doon" school passout and born genius met him in "BITS-Pilani" and we were sidee in our first year and our room numbers were "budh bhawan" 315(mine) and his 316. his school senoir used to stay in "ram bhawan" room number 101. He was a regular visitor of that room because that room always made him fly high and once we in our second year both of us tired to fly together, we were so gussed that we had to come out of the hostel to eat something sweet and we walked all the way down to the main exit door of the hostel inspite of having 2nd exit gate just next to the place from where we started walking...i guess it happens when you fly.

Straight from my heart.... for my “sidee” and my” lovely great friend”

"....I love 1, 0 and again 1 of your life...."

This is my "Aspandan”, who loves to stand alone,
Because this takes him either at the top (1) or (0) makes him all alone,
You made me delighted by replying back,
Thought of writing something to you back,
Hate to see your life jam-pack,
But what can I do? This is what you were planning long back,
When I sit all alone and dive into flash back,
I miss you loads all alone,
Wished to see you back before “11”, I know till this time you lived in heaven,
I wished, if you could have understood me as "well", I know "sale" after 11 you always came back to "hell"

"....Because this is life which makes you run...."

Hate to see you in 101 "Hey Ram Hey Ram", hope you got my fund,
This is place where you learnt, how to dream in the dusty night,
I guess this is the reason; still we fly high up in the sky,
Wouldn’t have gone to "101", How would I have known the tips of dreaming all alone,
I felt bad to see you running from Budh to Ram and Ram to Budh,
Which made you walk on your lovely legs which seems like “11", till you came back to "Budh" @ 11,
But this is Budh where your life sun shined,
Love that person, who gave rest to your lovely "11" and gifted you 2 wheels to feel the heaven,

"....Because this is life which makes you run...."

Wish to see you soon,
If "god" allows we shall fly again in the noon,
Dreaming all together, flying all together, touching the moon.

"....Because this our lives which make us run...."
Beautiful day of my life,
You made me laugh till I was lost in your life,
Destiny was 5 steps aside,
But we walked miles for that,
I guess this only happens,
When you dare to touch the moon in the sleepy night,
Had “coke” and “samosa” tight, got into bed and slept nice.

"....Because this our lives which make us run...."
I had to say thanks to you once,
Thanks for being my author and my teacher once,
When I was trying hard to have a break at least once,
Sorry for disappointing you again in your life once,
Whatever I deserve, I got them all straight only once,
I wish you must have remembered them all at least once,

“….Because this is my life and it makes me run…”
“….…This was the logic behind 1, “0”and 1…….”
“…..I love if it makes you delight…..”
“….miss you loads and love you loads…”
“…..Please wash my mind…..if you could??......
I hate to think all alone…. Can’t fly anymore…. Because this is my life and am tired of running all alone….”
“…So these are few bunch of words, mix of some naughty and few lovely words….”
“….hope I didn’t hurt you much……”

(Don’ ask me the meaning of this word….Becoz my world moves around this word!!)

!!!!.....Rome was not built in a day…..!!!!

"Organizational perspectives": Rome was not built in a day

As the quote it self says that, to be successful one needs a proper plan and a continuous effort along with the team working together for a common goal. Organizational goal is clearly defined into organizational mission and vision. Mission which defines companies short term goals, i.e. to achieve 100 million tons target this quarter and vision which mentions companies long term goal i.e. to be an India leader in this segment in terms of services and quality.

In today’s business environment working together towards organizational goals has become very challenging task. Effective organizing and organizational culture plays important role, while motivating individuals or groups to work towards a common goal, i.e. giving the right kind of job to the right person.

If we are talking about motivating individuals or groups then leadership can not be escaped, because it’s a leader responsibility to satisfy individual “need for self-actualization” (which is : It is the desire to become what one is capable of becoming-to maximize one’s potential and to accomplish something). But today things has been changed leader is no more “sikander” but a manager. Although it is true that the most effective manager will almost certainly be an effective leaders and that leading is an essential function of managers, there is more to manage than just leading.

As articles say, the most challenging task of an organization is retaining employees. Since Maslow’s had given “need for self-actualization” as the highest priority in its “Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory”. An individual always go for what he is capable of doing and today’s market is like a catalyst where reactants: i.e. employee are ready to react any time to go for their own “need for self-actualization”.

To make a history like a “Rome” there would be 1000’s of things involved but few can be considered while thinking of an organization from mission and vision point of view, like a step-by-step strategy for what we are and what we want to become, encouraging subordinates, continuous motivation with effective organizing and maintaining a standard organizational culture while giving values to human factors responsible for an organization success.

Bill Gates and his history

Bill Gates Profile -

Name: Bill Gates

Nickname: Trey

Date of birth: 28 October 1955

Place of birth: Seattle , Washington ,

USABirth name: William Henry Gates III

Height: 5' 10

Family and Early Childhood -
On October 28, 1955, shortly after 9:00 p.m., William Henry Gates III was born. He was born into a family with a rich history in business, politics, and community service. His great-grandfather had been a state legislator and mayor, his grandfather was the vice president of a national bank, and his father was a prominent lawyer. [Wallace, 1992, p. 8-9] Early on in life, it was apparent that Bill Gates inherited the ambition, intelligence, and competitive spirit that had helped his progenitors rise to the top in their chosen professions. In elementary school he quickly surpassed all of his peer's abilities in nearly all subjects, especially math and science. His parents recognized his intelligence and decided to enroll him in Lakeside , a private school known for its intense academic environment. This decision had far reaching effects on Bill Gates's life. For at Lakeside , Bill Gates was first introduced to computers.

First computing Experience -
In the Spring of 1968, the Lakeside prep school decided that it should acquaint the student body with the world of computers [Teamgates.com, 9/29/96]. Computers were still too large and costly for the school to purchase its own. Instead, the school had a fund raiser and bought computer time on a DEC PDP-10 owned by General Electric. A few thousand dollars were raised which the school figured would buy more than enough time to last into the next school year. However, Lakeside had drastically underestimated the allure this machine would have for a hand full of young students. Bill Gates, Paul Allen, and a few other Lakeside students (many of whom were the first programmers hired at Microsoft) immediately became inseparable from the computer. They would stay in the computer room all day and night, writing programs, reading computer literature and anything else they could to learn about computing. Soon Gates and the others started running into problems with the faculty. Their homework was being turned in late (if at all), they were skipping classes to be in the computer room and worst of all, they had used up all of the schools computer time in just a few weeks. [Wallace, 1992, p. 24]

In the fall of 1968, Computer Center Corporation opened for business in Seattle . It was offering computing time at good rates, and one of the chief programmers working for the corporation had a child attending Lakeside . A deal was struck between Lakeside Prep School and the Computer Center Corporation that allowed the school to continue providing it's students with computer time. [Wallace, 1992, p. 27] Gates and his comrades immediately began exploring the contents of this new machine. It was not long before the young ha©kers started causing problems. They caused the system to crash several times and broke the computers security system. They even altered the files that recorded the amount of computer time they were using. They were caught and the Computer Center Corporation banned them from the system for several weeks.

Bill Gates, Paul Allen and, two other ha©kers from Lakeside formed the Lakeside Programmers Group in late 1968. They were determined to find a way to apply their computer skills in the real world. The first opportunity to do this was a direct result of their mischievous activity with the school's computer time. The Computer Center Corporation’s business was beginning to suffer due to the systems weak security and the frequency that it crashed. Impressed with Gates and the other Lakeside computer addicts' previous assaults on their computer, the Computer Center Corporation decided to hire the students to find bugs and expose weaknesses in the computer system. In return for the Lakeside Programming Group's help, the Computer Center Corporation would give them unlimited computer time [Wallace, 1992, p. 27]. The boys could not refuse. Gates is quoted as saying "It was when we got free time at C-cubed (Computer Center Corporation) that we really got into computers. I mean, then I became hardcore. It was day and night" [Wallace, 1992, p. 30]. Although the group was hired just to find bugs, they also read any computer related material that the day shift had left behind. The young ha©kers would even pick employees for new information. It was here that Gates and Allen really began to develop the talents that would lead to the formation of Microsoft seven years later.

Roots of Business Career -
Computer Center Corporation began to experience financial problems late in 1969. The Company finally went out of business in March of 1970. The Lakeside Programmers Group had to find a new way to get computer time. Eventually they found a few computers on the University of Washington 's campus where Allen's dad worked. The Lakeside Programmers Group began searching for new chances to apply their computer skills.

Their first opportunity came early the next year when Information Sciences Inc. hired them to program a payroll program. Once again the group was given free computer time and for the first time, a source of income. ISI had agreed to give them royalties whenever it made money from any of the groups programs. As a result of the business deal signed with Information Sciences Inc., the group also had to become a legal business [Wallace, 1992, p. 42-43]. Gates and Allen's next project involved starting another company entirely on their own, Traf-O-Data. They produced a small computer which was used to help measure traffic flow. From the project they grossed around $20,000. The Traf-O-Data company lasted until Gates left for college.

During Bill Gates' junior year at Lakeside , the administration offered him a job computerizing the school's scheduling system. Gates asked Allen to help with the project. He agreed and the following summer, they wrote the program. In his senior year, Gates and Allen continued looking for opportunities to use their skills and make some money. It was not long until they found this opportunity. The defense contractor TRW was having trouble with a bug infested computer similar to the one at Computer Center Corporation. TRW had learned of the experience the two had working on the Computer Center Corporation’s system and offeredGates and Allen jobs.

However thing would be different at TRW they would not be finding the bugs they would be in charge of fixing them. "It was at TRW that Gates began to develop as a serious programmer," and it was there that Allen and Gates first started talking seriously about forming their own software company [Wallace, 1992, p. 49-51].

In the fall of 1973, Bill Gates left home for Harvard University [Teamgates.com, 9/29/96]. He had no idea what he wanted to study, so he enrolled as prelaw. Gates took the standard freshman courses with the exception of signing up for one of Harvard's toughest math courses. He did well but just as in high school, his heart was not in his studies. After locating the school's computer center, he lost himself in the world of computers once again. Gates would spend many long nights in front of the school's computer and the next days asleep in class. Paul Allen and Gates remained in close contact even with Bill away at school. They would often discuss ideas for future projects and the possibility of one day starting a business. At the end of Gates's first year at Harvard, the two decided that Allen should move closer to him so that they may be able to follow up on some of their ideas. That summer they both got jobs working for Honeywell [Wallace, 1992, p. 59]. As the summer dragged on, Allen began to push Bill harder with the idea that they should open a software company. Gates was still not sure enough to drop out of school. The following year, however, that would all change.

The Birth of Microsoft -
In December of 1974, Allen was on his way to visit Gates when along the way he stopped to browse the current magazines. What he saw changed his and Bill Gates's lives forever. On the cover of Popular Electronics was a picture of the Altair 8080 and the headline "World's First Microcomputer Kit to Rival Commercial Models." He bought the issue and rushed over to Gates's dorm room. They both recognized this as their big opportunity. The two knew that the home computer market was about to explode and that someone would need to make software for the new machines. Within a few days, Gates had called MITS (Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems), the makers of the Altair. He told the company that he and Allen had developed a BASIC that could be used on the Altair [Teamgates.com, 9/29/96]. This was a lie. They had not even written a line of code. They had neither an Altair nor the chip that ran the computer. The MITS Company did not know this and was very interested in seeing their BASIC. So, Gates and Allen began working feverishly on the BASIC they had promised. The code for the program was left mostly up to Bill Gates while Paul Allen began working on a way to simulate the Altair with the schools PDP-10. Eight weeks later, the two felt their program was ready. Allen was to fly to MITS and show off their creation. The day after Allen arrived at MITS, it was time to test their BASIC. Entering the program into the company's Altair was the first timeAllen had ever touched one. If the Altair simulation he designed or any of Gates's code was faulty, the demonstration would most likely have ended in failure. This was not the case, and the program worked perfectly the first time [Wallace, 1992, p. 80]. MITS arranged a deal with Gates and Allen to buy the rights to their BASIC.[Teamgates. com, 9/29/96] Gates was convinced that the software market had been born. Within a year, Bill Gates had dropped out of Harvard and Microsoft was formed. by - John Mirick

One fine morning...!!!

One morning I wasted nearly an hour watching a tiny ant carry a huge feather cross my back terrace.
Several times it was confronted by obstacles in its path and after a momentary pause it would make the necessary detour.

At one point the ant had to negotiate a crack in the concrete about 10mm wide. After brief contemplation the ant laid the feather over the crack, walked across it and picked up the feather on the other side then continued on its way. I was fascinated by the ingenuity of this ant, one of God's smallest creatures. It served to reinforce the miracle of creation. Here was a minute insect, lacking in size yet equipped with a brain to reason, explore, discover and overcome. But these ants, like the two-legged co-residents of this planet, also share human failings.

After some time the ant finally reached its destination - a flower bed at the end of the terrace and a small hole that was the entrance to its underground home. And it was here that the ant finally met its match. How could that large feather possibly fit down small hole, Of course it couldn't. so the ant, after all this trouble and exercising great ingenuity, overcoming problems all along the way, just abandoned the feather and went home.

The ant had not thought the problem through before it began its epic journey and in the end the feather was nothing more than a burden. Isn't life like that!

We worry about our family, we worry about money or the lack of it, we worry about work, about where we live, about all sorts of things. These are all burdens - the things we pick up along life's path and lug them around the obstacles and over the crevasses that life will bring, only to find that at the destination they are useless and we can't take them with us...

ANGER MANAGEMENT: TIPS TO CONTROL YOUR TEMPER / ANGER

If you find that your angry outbursts are negatively affecting your relationships with family, friends, co-workers and even complete strangers, it's probably time to change the way you express your anger.

Here are some tips to get your anger under control:

Take a "time out." Count to 10 before reacting or leave the situation altogether.

Do something physically exerting. Physical activity can provide an outlet for your emotions, especially if you're about to erupt. Go for a walk or a run, swim, lift weights or shoot baskets, for example.

Find ways to calm and soothe yourself. Practice deep-breathing exercises, visualize a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase to yourself, such as "take it easy." You can also listen to music, paint, journal or do yoga.

Express your anger as soon as possible so that you aren't left stewing. If you can't express your anger in a controlled manner to the person who angered you, try talking to a family member, friend, counselor or another trusted person.

Think carefully before you say anything so that you don't end up saying something you'll regret. Work with the person who angered you to identify solutions to the situation. Use "I" statements when describing the problem to avoid criticizing or placing blame. For instance, say "I'm upset you didn't help with the housework this evening," instead of, "You should have helped with the housework." To do otherwise will likely upset the other person and escalate tensions.

Don't hold a grudge. Forgive the other person. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to behave exactly as you want.
Use humor to defuse your anger, such as imagining yourself or the other person in silly situations. Don't use sarcasm, though — it's just another form of unhealthy _expression. Keep an anger log to identify the kinds of situations that set you off and to monitor your reactions.

You can practice many of these strategies on your own. But if your anger seems out of control, is hurting your relationships or has escalated into violence, you may benefit from seeing a psychotherapist or an anger management professional. Role playing in controlled situations, such as anger management classes, can help you practice your techniques.

KEEP AT IT!!

It may take some time and intense effort to put these tips into practice when you're facing situations that typically send you into a rage. In the heat of the moment, it can be hard to remember your coping strategies.

You may need to keep something with you that serve as a reminder to step back from the situation and get your anger under control. For instance, you may want to keep a small, smooth stone in your pocket or a scrap of paper with your tips written down. With due diligence, these anger management techniques will come more naturally and you'll no longer need such reminders.

Regular Health Care

Health is an important factor in day to day life. Whatever you do it affects your health. In other words one can say that human being totally depends on health. If proper care has not been taken then health can take you for a ride anytime anywhere. Neglecting health can cause severe damage to body functionality. So it is necessary to have a basic knowledge about the factors responsible for health. So that one can take proper action if something wrong has been identified during the checkup.
The basic rules can be followed to keep our selves healthy. For example if we consider brain, there are many basic things which can be taken care of to avoid damage to it.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

So as far as health care is concerned there is no harm in it. It’s always good to have a good health. But there is a cost involvement while going for regular checkups.
There might be few ethical issues involved during checkup, e.g. women going for through checkup might not prefer to a male doctor because there are chances of miss conduct. So proper care should be taken while one a preferring to have a through checkup.

Government should make it compulsory for the people who are 40 plus to have a through checkups after every few months and for below that age once in a six month. Apart from these there should be regular issues from the government regarding the regular health care. Educating people will play an important role and this could be done through introducing a subject at the school level and few funds should be given by the government to aid an individual expense especially for senior citizens.
